Police arrested a man in Armenia’s town of Gyumri was arrested for murdering a neighbor on March 13 following an on-going dispute about victim’s dog constantly urinating near a fountain in his yard.

Police say the neighbor struck his neighbor and then went home to get a knife. He then proceeded to the victim’s home and stabbed him to death.
