
Armenia's Artur Davtyan Wins Silver at Paris Olympics
Armenia’s Artur Davtyan won a silver medal in the vault competition at the Paris Summer Olympics.
Davtyan, the 2022 World Champion and two-time European champion, won a bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The thirty-one-year-old athlete, born in Yerevan, is the brother of three-time European medalist and one-time European Games medalist on the rings.
This is the first medal the fifteen-member team from Armenia has won at the Paris games.
