RA Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan today sent a letter to Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan expressing his willingness to assist in the implementation of improvements to the country’s legal and juridical system.

The Ministry has drafted a four year strategic program to introduce what it claims to be vital reforms to the system designed to make it more independent, accountable and transparent.
