Azerbaijani Crosses Border Into Armenia

The RA Ministry of Defense reports that on July 26 at 6am, Firuz Farazov, a citizen of Azerbaijan, crossed the Armenian state border and gave himself up to Armenian border guards.

Farazov has been arrested and an investigation is underway. 

The Yerevan Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross has been informed about the incident.
