Freedom House Survey: Armenia Improves "Internet Freedom" Score

Armenia’s “internet freedom” ranking improved slightly according to the 2024 Freedom on the Net (FOTN) survey published by Freedom House.

Armenia scored 74 out of a possible ranking of 100, denoting “most free”. Last year, Armenia scored 72.

Countries who score between 70 and 100 are considered “internet free”.

Neighboring Georgia also scored 74 in the survey that assesses global internet freedom.

Azerbaijan and Turkey, scoring 34 and 31 respectively, are considered “not free” in terms of the internet.
