Armenian Foreign Minister to Attend OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Malta

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan left for Malta today to attend the 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.

Each year, in the first week of December, foreign ministers and high-level government officials meet for the OSCE Ministerial Council, the central decision-making and governing body of the organization.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will join foreign ministers and senior officials of the fifty-seven OSCE participating states, brought together under the leadership of Malta’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Ian Borg as the chair, to review and assess the security situation in the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian area, as well as the organization’s work in all its fields of activity.
