
Armenia, France Sign 2025 Defense Cooperation Program
Chief of the Defense Policy Department of the Armenian Defense Ministry Levon Ayvazyan and Alexander Escorsia, (Director for Euro-Atlantic Security at the French Ministry for the Armed Forces) yesterday, in Yerevan, signed the 2025 defense cooperation program between the two countries.
The Armenian Defense Ministry reports the parties discussed international and regional issues and stressed the importance of cooperation in defense planning, military education and exercises, advisory support, training of various types of troops, military-technical and other areas.
As to what the 2025 program entails, the ministry writes, “It includes several dozen measures in almost all spheres of the armed forces.”
