Armenia's Defense Ministry has refuted a statement issued by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence alleging that units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani combat positions in the southeastern part of the border on March 4 at approximately 10:05 p.m.

It is important to note that the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has proposed the establishment of a joint Armenian-Azerbaijani mechanism to investigate ceasefire violations and related incidents. However, Azerbaijan has yet to respond to this proposal.
