Armenia will open an embassy in the Gulf Arab state of Oman at an estimated cost of AMD 134 million (US$346,000).

2,235 tourists from Oman came to Armenia in 2024, staying an average of six days.

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Sultanate of Oman were established on July 7, 1992.
