Pashinyan, Estonian President Meet in Tallinn

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Estonian President Alar Karis met today in Tallinn and discussed the process of reforms in the development of democratic institutions, public administration, economy and justice in Armenia.

Pashinyan, according to his office, highlighted Estonia's support and exchange of experience in this direction.

Karis welcomed the official visit of the Pashinyan and expressed confidence that it would give a new impetus to the further development of multilateral relations between the two countries.

Karis noted the centuries-old ties between the Armenian and Estonian peoples, emphasizing that they are a good basis for expanding bilateral cooperation.

The parties also touched upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process.

Pashinyan noted that Armenia highly appreciates Estonia's unwavering support for the efforts of the Armenian government to establish long-term peace and stability in the region, as well as Estonia's clear position on protecting Armenia's territorial integrity.
