Russian Parliamentary Delegation in Armenia for Talks

A delegation led by the Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia’s Federal Assembly, Valentina Matviyenko, arrived in Armenia today on an official visit.

The Federation Council is the upper house of the Russian parliament.

Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan welcomed the delegation at Yerevan’s Zvartnots Airport.

The delegation is scheduled to meet with high-ranking Armenian officials.
