Armenia, Azerbaijan Specials Reps to Meet in Armenia

The special representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan (Ruben Rubinyan, Serdar Kılıç) are scheduled to meet in Armenia soon as part of the normalization process between their two countries, this according to Armenia’s foreign ministry.
