Unibank to Issue Cards Featuring Designs Created by Kids

Paid content

Unibank’s children’s cards will soon be available in a new design inspired by the creative works of young artists. At Martiros Sarian house-museum the bank has concluded the results of the “My Card, My Design” creative competition, which featured participants from two age groups.

The young artists presented their original ideas for designing children’s bank cards. All finalists received gifts, while the two winners were also awarded cash prizes. The winning drawings will serve as the foundation for the new series of Unibank children’s cards.

Unibank’s Visa cards are available for children aged 6-13. It allows users to make payments, including via Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as transfers and other transactions. The card is issued free of charge and can be applied for by one of the parents. The first year of service is also free. Along with the card, young customers receive access to the UNIMobile app.

Having their own card enables children to take their first steps into the world of finance, learn to manage money, and develop financial literacy skills. Parents can rest assured that all transactions are closely monitored, receiving notifications for each transaction. If needed, they can instantly transfer money to the child’s card in a matter of a few seconds.
