Pashinyan Promises to Release Karabakh Negotiations’ Documents
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, in a Facebook post today, says he will release all existing documents related to the negotiations to resolve the Karabakh conflict by the end of the year.
Pashinyan has come under fire from former Armenian leaders for not releasing the documents and for mishandling the negotiations that ultimately led to the loss of Karabakh (Artsakh).
Pashinyan claims that the Karabakh issue had been manipulated by “certain powers” to keep the Republic of Armenia “on a leash” and to end Armenia’s statehood.
“Concepts such as the rights of peoples and historical justice have been nothing more than smoke screens for the true objective,” Pashinyan writes.
