Armenian, Hungarian Foreign Ministers Meet in Vienna
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Hungary (Ararat Mirzoyan, Péter Szijjártó) met yesterday on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Conference in Vienna.
Mirzoyan's office reports that the ministers discussed various bilateral issues and expressed mutual satisfaction with recent progress, including the opening of embassies in both capitals.
The ministers stressed the need to implement agreements for greater bilateral and Armenia-EU cooperation, noting their mutual willingness to use EU programs and resources.
At the meeting, they discussed international developments. Mirzoyan highlighted the significance of Washington's August agreements to normalize relations between Yerevan and Baku and ongoing peace efforts.
