Armenian PM Pashinyan sent the following telegram to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, regarding the casualties sustained by the Iranian leadership and citizens.

"Your Excellency,

We are following the developments around Iran with great concern. Please accept my condolences regarding the casualties sustained by the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran and citizens. We will always remember the personal role of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Khamenei, in the development of Armenia-Iran relations.

During these challenging times, we sincerely hope that peace and stability will soon be achieved in the Middle East.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you patience, and peace and endurance to the friendly and neighboring people of Iran."
