Armenia has provided humanitarian aid to Iran, mainly medicine, according to Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan as reported by state news agency ArmenPress.

Mirzoyan explained at the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs today that while the foreign ministry did not intend to publicize this, he shared the information in response to a question from opposition MP Kristineh Vardanyan.

Armenian PM Pashinyan previously stated that Armenia is prepared to assist Iran if necessary.
