Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, addressing the parliament today for a review of the government’s policies over the past five years, claimed that the country is more secure and prosperous than ever.

He siad that these achievements have been made thanks to the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Pashinyan said the proposed TRIPP project will bring Armenia out of a decades-long blockade and ensure the elimination of future hostilities with neighboring Azerbaijan.

“Armenia has overcome the self-imposed agenda of survival and struggle and entered a historical era of simply living, living an ordinary life, where our historical mission is to educate, work, develop our state with an internationally recognized territory of 29,743 square kilometers and to bequeath it as an independent, peaceful, secure, developed, prosperous state to future generations,” Pashinyan said.
