Armenia’s Alexandra Grigoryan won a silver medal in the women's 58 kg weight category today at the European Weightlifting Championships in Batumi, Georgia, with a combined result of 210 kg.

Ukraine’s Kamila Konotop took first place in this weight category with a combined result of 221 kg.

Last year, Alexandra Grigoryan won a silver medal in the 55 kg women's competition in Chisinau.

Armenia will be represented by Gor Sahakyan in tomorrow’s 71 kg men's competition.
