First Quarter 2026: Mobile Centre Was Largest Taxpayer in Armenia
Mobile Centre Art LLC (brand name Mobile Centre) was the largest taxpayer in Armenia in the first quarter of 2026.
According to Armenia’s State Revenue Committee (SRC), the company paid 21.4 billion drams in taxes and duties in the first three months of 2026, an increase of 4.8 billion drams (28.8%) when compared to the same quarter of 2025.
Mobile Centre is engaged in the import, sale, and re-export of equipment: phones and computers. The company has again surpassed Gazprom Armenia, ZPMC, Grand Tobacco and others in the list of large taxpayers.
The second largest taxpayer in Armenia is Gazprom Armenia CJSC, with 19.8 billion drams.
The third was the Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) CJSC. The company paid 15.5 billion drams in taxes in the first quarter.
Next was Grand Tobacco LLC with 11.5 billion drams and a decrease of 4.4%.
As a result of doubling taxes, Soft Construct CJSC (under the Vbet brand), operating in the gambling and IT sectors, has registered a sharp increase in the list of large taxpayers. The company is the fifth largest taxpayer with taxes of eight billion drams.
Wildberries (IMVBAM LLC) has also registered a sharp increase in taxes and was in sixth place paying 6.8 billion drams.
The top ten includes Digitain LLC, operating in the gaming and IT sectors, and Philip Morris Armenia LLC, which imports cigarettes.
Next was City LLC, which operates a chain of supermarkets. The top ten is rounded off by mining company Teghout CJSC, which also saw a significant increase in taxes.
In total, Armenia's 1,000 largest taxpayers paid about 459 billion drams to the state budget in the first quarter of 2026, which increased by about fifty billion drams or 12.2% compared to the same quarter of 2025.
