Armenia, France Sign AI, Cybersecurity MOUs
During French President Emmanuel’s state visit to Armenia, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed today between the governments of Armenia and France on cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and semiconductors.
The goal of the memorandum is to promote cooperation between the two countries in the mentioned strategic areas by developing scientific research and innovation capabilities, as well as contributing to the implementation of joint programs.
It covers a wide range of cooperation, including the development of high-performance computing infrastructures, data science and machine learning, digitalization of state services, as well as the application of artificial intelligence in various sectors of the economy.
Another important MOU was signed between Armenia’s Ministry of High-Tech Industry French Ministry of Defense.
The document aims to deepen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of research, development and innovation of military technologies and defense systems. It defines a framework for joint activities aimed at exchanging experience, implementing joint programs, and developing the defense industry.
