Pashinyan Will Not Attend Moscow Victory Day Celebrations
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan has announced that he will not attend celebrations in Moscow marking Victory Day.
Pashinyan stated that he must remain in Armenia to work in the election campaign for the June parliamentary election.
He informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about this during his visit to Russia in April.
Pashinyan, in 2025, travelled to Moscow to attend the military parade dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII).
