Armenian, French Officials Stress Need to Expand Business Cooperation
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan and French Minister Delegate for European Affairs Benjamin Haddad spoke by telephone on June 24 and discussed joint efforts aimed at further deepening the strategic partnership between Armenia and France, emphasizing the importance of consistently implementing the priorities and implementing the programs stipulated in the Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed by the leaders of the two countries.
In this context, the need to promote business ties between Armenia and France, expand investment cooperation, and increase the volume of bilateral trade turnover was emphasized.
The parties also exchanged views on the Armenia-European Union partnership agenda, touching upon steps aimed at expanding Armenia's access to the European market, as well as discussed initiatives aimed at developing regional connectivity and the latest developments recorded in that context.
