Kristinne Grigoryan, Head of Armenia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, has traveled to Azerbaijan to attend the 4th Baku Security Forum.

Grigoryan flew to Baku on a Gulfstream G450 business jet belonging to the family of Khachatur Sukiasyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract parliamentary faction.

The 4th Baku Security Forum, organized by Azerbaijan’s State Security Service,  is dedicated to the theme: “New Challenges in the Global Security Architecture and the Formation of Effective Cooperation Mechanisms Against Terrorism.”

According to Azerbaijani media outlets, the forum has brought together roughly 600 delegates, including heads of international organizations, special services, and security agencies from more than 100 countries.
