Pashinyan Meets White House Faith Advisor Paula White-Cain Ahead of Prayer Breakfast
YEREVAN — Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan hosted White House Faith Office Senior Advisor Paula White-Cain today to discuss bilateral cooperation, their shared Christian heritage, and the upcoming Armenia Prayer Breakfast.
Pashinyan welcomed White-Cain to the country, emphasizing the vital role of the dialogue established between Armenia and the restructured White House Faith Office. He highlighted her participation in the second Armenia Prayer Breakfast, scheduled for the coming days, expressing optimism that the event will provide a strong platform for sincere discussions among global participants.
During the meeting, Pashinyan also praised a recent meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump, Armenian spiritual leaders, and the Armenian Ambassador to the United States. According to the Prime Minister, that meeting served as a key opportunity to reinforce the Armenia-U.S. partnership and celebrate their shared Christian heritage and values.
White-Cain expressed her gratitude for the warm hospitality and the invitation to the event. She affirmed the White House's strong interest in cooperating closely with both the Armenian government and Armenian religious leaders stationed in the United States. The two leaders concluded the meeting by exchanging views on the coordination of the Prayer Breakfast and other matters of mutual interest.
White-Cain, a prominent American Pentecostal pastor and televangelist, has long served as a spiritual advisor to Donald Trump and was appointed to lead the overhauled White House Faith Office earlier this year.
