A protest will be held on September 28 at noon opposite the RA Court of Appeals calling for the release of political prisoners in Armenia.

On the same day the court will be hearing the appeal of four Armenian National Congress activists who had been sentenced to up to six years by a lower court.

The organizers of the protest claim that the ANC activists had been convicted on trumped up charges and false evidence in order to silence the political opposition in Armenia.
