During remarks made at an event organized by the German Society for Foreign Policy in Berlin, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated that “Armenia’s aggressive policy is a main barrier of integrating the Caucasus region into Europe and the Euro-Atlantic region.”

Touching upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Mammadyarov said the dispute must be settled on the basis of the norms and principles of international law.
