In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Armenian President Sargsyan said Yerevan was ready to make concessions leading to a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh issue. 

Sargsyan noted that whether or not Baku would initiate such a move is dependent on the stance of the international powers and the combat readiness of Armenia’s armed forces.
