During his recent trip to France, RA President Sargsyan announced that an Armenian consulate would soon open in the city of Lyon. 

“The opening of the consulate is a matter of weeks. Although many Armenians were born and live in France and actively participate in the development of the country, they must not forget their roots,” Sargsyan told France 3 TV while visiting Lyon.

Sargsyan noted that Armenia has adopted a law on dual citizenship, allowing every Armenian to contribute to the development of the country.
