The State Interests' Protection Department of the RA General Prosecutor's Office has filed criminal fraud and document falsification charges against the director of Zhema Ltd.

The company attempted to conceal the fact that it did not fully meet its contractual obligations regarding road repair in Ashtarak and the village of Karbi, embezzling 2.6 million AMD in state funds.

The State Interests' Protection Department filed similar charges against the director of the "Erebuni Shinveranorogum" company for embezzling 2.9 million AMD. The company was found to have cut corners at renovation jobs at P.S. 5 in Ashtarak and the Arteni village high school.
