Today, RA National Assembly Vice President Hermineh Naghdalyan, who also heads the Armenia-USA Friendship Group, met with U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Hefferen.

The two sides discussed the last parliamentary elections held in Armenia, the upcoming presidential election and proposals to amend the electoral code.

Naghdalyan assured Ambassador Heffern that the Armenian government was committed to ensuring that February’s presidential election would be free and fair.
