I found out that his name is Vahan, the “certified representative” of President Sargsyan overseeing the voting at the 34/27 polling station in Gymri’s Slabodga neighbourhood.

I caught him approaching voters and muttering something – it was the number “six”.

On the ballot, President Sargsyan is listed at the sixth spot.

Vahan was busy following the movements of voters; even escorting them to the voting booth.

As of 11am, 200 of the 1,931 registered voters at the station had cast ballots.
