On March 4 at 5:30pm, representatives for Raffi Hovannisian will file a petition at the RA Constitutional Court seeking to nullify the false vote tallies of the February 18 presidential election announced by the Central Electoral Commission and to reveal the true results.

At 6pm, they and their legal advisers will give an open press conference outside the Constitutional Court.
