Armenia’s Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan has notified all state colleges and universities to implement a 50% tuition discount to all Syrian-Armenians entering preparatory classes as of September 2.

Ashotyan also instructed the schools to peg tuition rates for Syrian-Armenian students based on last year’s fees charged to RA citizens.
