Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today expressed his condolences to the family, friends and fans of Sos Sargsyan, the much beloved actor who passed away yesterday at the age of 83.

“Our grief is huge. We have lost a great actor, a great intellectual and a great Armenian,” Sargsyan wrote.

“With his demeanor and bearing, he made us all that much more kind, sincere and better. The roles he played comprise an entire history in the life of our theater and cinema,” the Armenian president noted.
