Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan today hosted a delegation Iran’s Western Azarbaijan Province led by Governor Vahid Jalalzadeh.

Gevorgyan welcomed the delegation, noting that relations between various provincial authorities of Armenia and Iran have flourished of late.

The Armenian Deputy PM expressed hope that the delegation would be able to sign a number of cooperation agreements with Armenia’s Armavir Province.

Jalalzadeh extended an invitation to Gevorgyan and Armavir Governor Ashot Ghahramanyan to visit West Azarbaijan as his guests.
