Hetq received a letter and the following video clip showing employees of the U.N. Office in Armenia parking the cars in a no parking zone.

While Mikhail Yurtayev was videotaping the scene, an office employee claiming to be the head of the U.N. Border Security Program approached Yurtayev and explained that due to stalled construction the street had been closed to traffic.

“We have no other place to park,” the employee complained.

The employee asked Yurtayev to tape the tape and show it to the proper authorities.
