Armenia’s State Revenue Committee has come out with its list of the top one thousand tax payers in the country from the beginning of the year till September, and the Mkhitar Heratsi State Medical University heads the list of colleges and universities, paying 1.172 billion AMD.

This figure puts the school in 69th place overall.

Coming in second is Yerevan State University at 1.149 billion paid in taxes. (73rd overall)

In third is the Khachatur Abovian Teachers College with 549 million in taxes (159th overall)

In fourth, is the Armenian State College of University with 439.5 million in taxes (185th overall)
