Armenian Foreign Minister to Chair Council of Europe Ministers' Session

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan will deliver a speech today at the UNESCO General Assembly session in Paris.

Tomorrow, Nalbandyan will travel to Geneva to speak at the University of Geneva.

He will then chair the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers session in Strasbourg on November 14.
