Police to Drivers: Avoid Downtown Yerevan on December 2; Putin's Coming

Several streets in Yerevan will be closed to traffic on Monday, December 2, due to the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Police call on drivers to heed the instructions of police who will be out and about directing traffic that day, and urge them to avoid downtown Yerevan if at all possible.
