Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian today hosted the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - Igor Popov of Russia, Jacques Fore of France, and James Warlick of the US.

The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, was also I attendance.

They discussed the November 19 Vienna meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the December 4 Kiev meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries.

FM Nalbandian told the Co-Chairs about the killing of an Armenian soldier by Azerbaijani forces, stressing that such constant violations of the ceasefire hinder any progress towards a negotiated settlement of the Karabakh issue.
