During today's second leg of dialogue between the Armenian government and the opposition-based HAK, the following two points for future talks have been agreed upon:

HAK proposal – Snap parliamentary and presidential elections in order to formulate an immediate legitimate government in Armenia, and to ensure that these elections are free and fair.

Government proposal – Formulation of legislation to guarantee an atmosphere of civilized competition in which said elections can be conducted appropriately.
