Armenia’s Constitutional Court today postponed certain requirements of the mandatory individual pension system that went into effect as of Jan. 1, 2014 until it decided on the constitutionality of eight articles in the law.

Until the court hands down its ruling on March 28, citizens born in 1974 or afterwards will not have to pay into the system nor will they have to chose an investment fund.
