Artsakh President Posthumously Awards Medal to Karen Galstyan

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has posthumously awarded Private Karen Galstyan, with the “Military Service” medal.

According to the Artsakh Ministry of Defense, Galstayn was killed while thwarting an Azerbaijani armed incursion on the line of contact.
