Visa free travel between Russia and Turkey starts today. In a move hailed by leaders of both nations to spur bilateral trade and strategic dialogue, citizens of both nations will be allowed 30 days of visa-free travel within a 90 day period.

Russia has thus become the most recent country with which Turkey has mutually waived visa requirements.
