Incidents like these should be reported to the Consumer Protection NGO. Public opinion and pressure for clean, safe and healthy products have made an impact in the past.

Words of wisdom for the disgruntled masses. But I doubt they will listen. So many of Armenia's current woes can be traced back to 70 years of Soviet misrule and how common citizens sought to circumvent the system because they had no real outlets to change it. Today, they do, comparatively speaking but the same defeatist mentality reigns supreme. Funny, today I heard that a select few will be sent to some special schools where the finer points of the tourist trade will be taught. People in Armenia still don't get it. Tourism, like any retail trade, is based on displaying good manners and a human touch to all aspects of business. It ain't rocket science. Take pride in your work and success will ultimately follow.
