Armenian Government to Pay “A1+” Owners 30,000 Euros
Today the government of Armenia passed legislation to take a sum equivalent to 30,000 Euros from the State Reserve Fund and allocate it to the ROA Ministry of Justice in order to pay off the damages according to the judgment reached by the European Court of Human Rights on June 17, 2007 in the case of Meltex Ltd and Mesrop Movsesyan v. Armenia (application no. 32283/04).
