On 19 February in connection with the Day of Fatherland Defender President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic signed an order providing gratuity in the volume of 30 thousand drams to a group of the Artsakh war veterans and servicemen of the NKR Defense Army, informed Central Information Department of  the Office of the NKR President.
