On February 26, at 10:00 p.m., 23 year-old Vardan S., having previously doused himself with gasoline, walked into the "Yerevan City" supermarket and set himself on fire. Store employees rushed to extinguish the flame. The man was taken the Republican burn center for treatment. Doctors say he is in no condition to make a statement. The RoA Police website reports that an investigation of the matter is underway.
