At the public rally to be held today at 3:00 pm at the Matenadaran organized by the Armenian National Congress (HAK) the only speaker will be Levon Ter-Petrosyan, the first President of the RoA. After his 45 minute address a march is planned down Mashtots Avenue, Grigor Lusavorich Street then to the Myasnikian Statute. The march will then turn up Italy Steet, pass through Republic Square and make its way up Northern Avenue,
